This methodology is made up of two main parts:

Self Leadership and Team Leadership

Both of these parts are essential in honing your confidence and capabilities as a leader. The Self Leadership gives you strong personal foundations that you can then build your Team leadership capabilities on.

SELF LEADERSHIP

If you can't lead yourself, there is no way that you're going to be able to lead a team. In this section, we focus on building your ability to control your thoughts, your behaviors, and your emotions, so you can connect to and achieve both your personal and your professional goals.

  • Authentic Leadership: This involves defining and embodying your unique leadership style and values. Leaders who are true to themselves use their principles to inspire confidence and trust to lead with authenticity and integrity.
