I completely understand, getting stuck in overwhelm and not making any decisions is a hard place to be!
Some of the best decisions I have ever made in my life were quick and guided from some other space, a higher power if you will. This one time I was totally miserable and couldn’t see a way out of the drudgery.
I quit my job and booked a round-the-world ticket after having a crazy dream about being paralysed in the bath. I was on the plane 19 days later.
Was it scary - hell yes. Was it worth it? 100%
But the thing that kept me going was each time I said yes to this crazy idea - all the assumptions about what I could and couldn’t do, melted away.
Each time I came back to my goal (wanting to feel better about life) I took clear and decisive action. Solutions would just present themselves. The conversations that I thought would make me melt into a tiny puddle on the floor went with ease and flow.
I didn't know it at the time but the formula I will teach you in this mini-course is what was happening to me.
I was using the biases that normally would have worked against me and I probably would have talked myself out of it, to help me move forward and keep saying YES to find workable solutions.
